Services

Our therapist has a wide range of services on offer for everyone to explore. So we have dedicated a whole page highlighting
everything our therapist is trained & qualified to do. One great benefactor of these services is that some can be offered as a
1:1 or group sessions. However, there are some services that can only be offered on a 1:1 basis. Plus from time to time, we
will be having special offers for our clients to take advantage of.

Mental Health Support Coaching

Our mental health support coaching service is geared to help people within the community
with general mental health support. From depression to bipolar, our therapist is fully trained &
has life experiences of her own bipolar disorder, & therefore is in an excellent position to be
able to give more support than the average therapist.

Drumming Therapy / Healing

Drumming therapy is a fun but highly effective therapy for everyone to get involved in. It
promotes focus & encourages natural rhythm while allowing each participant to release
any stresses & tensions they have been storing up throughout the week or month.
This form of therapy can be done by anyone at any age, plus can be booked either as a
1:1 session or in a group session. Even our therapist uses drumming to offload & really
feels the benefits of it. Drumming healing is similar but can only be done on a 1:1 session.
This form of therapy is performed with the participant laying flat on their back while the
therapist uses a drum to break down negative energy that is radiating from the participant
& by beating a drum, this breaks down the negative energies, realigns the chi, focuses
the mind & helps enduce total state of relaxation for both the client & for the therapist too.

Reflexology (Hands or Feet)

.
Reflexology is a very ancient form of healing & is considered to have similarities to acupuncture
but without the use of needles. Reflexology originates from Egypt where an ancient Egyptian
healer would work their magic by manipulating many areas of the feet. Over the centuries,
reflexology has evolved into a modern science & is excepted in some medical practices as an
alternative form of therapy. During a session of reflexology, the therapist will stimulate different
parts of the feet or hands which are linked to many different systems found within the body, thus
aiding the bodies own healing system. For this to be most effective, the therapist may suggest a
course of sessions, after all, the healing practice takes time to build up & become more effective
in the long term.

Drama Therapy

Drama therapy was designed to help people to explore past traumas by setting a scene similar to
the one that caused the trauma, but from a slightly different angle. By exploring the trauma from a
safe view point, we can explore what has caused this trauma to get to the uncontrollable level & by
using the techniques that our therapist has at her disposal, we can break the situation down &
eventually help the client to face their traumatic event with a more confident & positive outlook.
It’s kind of like the old saying, ’a problem shared is a problem halved’.

In today’s modern society, the daily hustle & bustle, stresses & strains soon mount up which can bring
us to breaking point. So by learning the art of relaxation & meditation helps to equip us with the
tools & skills to bring everything back into alignment again. By practicing these skills regularly, we can go
about our daily routines feeling more focused & ready to take the world in your stride.

Music & Singing Therapy

Music & singing are great ways to have fun while relieving stresses & tensions that build
up within our bodies. Music helps to relax us plus can show what frame of mind we are in
at the time. Some people find it an exhilarating experience singing in the shower or behind
the wheel of their car. Why? Because the music helps us to relate to curtain issues or
memories plus helps us to deal with the situation more effectively. This is why some mental
health therapist highly recommend it to their patients. Singing is good for the heart & soul.
